I purchased Sardo from another company last year because you had none for sale. In short it was bad. Too moist and flavorless. This year The Sardo I purchased from you is perfect and has a wonderful flavor. I hope I never have to purchase it elsewhere again.

This cheese is so delicious & full of flavor. We order a wheel once a year. We shred ¾ of it and slice the rest. It freezes perfectly.
