Chut Nut Colonial Chutney
2-8oz. packages of Philadelphia cream cheese; cream with curry until buttery yellow. Shape into a rectangular log about 7" x 2". Refrigerate. When firm, cover with 2-10oz. jars of Raffetto Chut Nut. Saute lots of sliced almonds in butter until browned. Cover the curried creamed cheese and Chut Nut with the almonds and serve with great crackers. You guests will rave and want the recipe. Have served it for over forty years most recently last week for a group many of whom were talking about it and asked how I made it. To me, Raffetto's Chut Nut is the best chutney for this appetizer.
