Roland Escargots (snails), standard quality, packed without shells in the Far East, 12 snails per can, giant, of uniform size. They are carefully cleaned, well cooked, tender, with a grayish color. One dozen per tin. Roland Snails can be served in their shells, snail plates, or mushroom caps. Rinse snails in cold water (soak or simmer in wine to enhance flavor). Prepare snail butter, place small amount in shell, add the snails, cover with more butter. Place in hot oven or broiler until butter is bubbling. Serve.
