Ingredients:

5lb. Cleaned Fresh Ecuadorian Shrimp

1/4 lb. Sweated Shallots

1/2 Bunch Fresh Chopped Oregano

1/2 Bunch Fresh Chopped Rosemary

1 Bunch Chopped Italian Parsley

1 Cup "Iavarone's Premium Aged Balsamic Vinegar"

1 1/2 Cups Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil

10 Cloves Fresh Chopped Garlic

Marinate for 30 minutes than grill over low to medium flame approximately 5 minutes on each side
