1) Begin by sautéing your spinach with a little garlic and oil. Let it sit and cool off.
2) When it is cooled, you should squeeze all of the liquid out of the spinach.
3) Then take your sausage meat out of the casing, and sauté the meat in a sauté pan.
4) You must defrost your puff pastry as well.
5) Then in a mixing bowl-combine your chopped spinach, sausage, cheese, and spices.
6) When this mixture is combined, cut you pastry dough into 4 x 4 squares.
7) Then add 1 heaping tablespoon of mixture into the center of the puff pastry.
8) Fold over pastry to make a triangle. Egg-wash all corners.
