- 16 oz Fresh Cranberries
- 5 1/2 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Cinnamon Stick (grated)
- 2 oz. Brandy
- 1 1/2 oz shelled Walnuts
- 2 Teaspoons Honey & 4 oz.Orange Juice
In a pot mix everything together except the brandy, bring to a boil and let contents simmer for 25-30 minutes; after 30 minutes add brandy and mix on med-high heat for another 5 minutes. All done, it's that easy; can be served warm or chilled.
