- 1/4 lb. Sweated Shallots
- 1/2 Bunch Fresh Chopped Oregano
- 1/2 Bunch Fresh Chopped Rosemary
- 1 Bunch Chopped Italian Parsley
- 1 Cup "Iavarone's Premium Aged Balsamic Vinegar"
- 1 1/2 Cups Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 10 Cloves Fresh Chopped Garlic
Directions
Marinate for 30 minutes than grill over low to medium flame approximately 5 minutes on each side.
