Ingredients

  • 5lb. Cleaned Fresh Ecuadorian Shrimp
  • 1/4 lb. Sweated Shallots
  • 1/2 Bunch Fresh Chopped Oregano
  • 1/2 Bunch Fresh Chopped Rosemary
  • 1 Bunch Chopped Italian Parsley
  • 1 Cup "Iavarone's Premium Aged Balsamic Vinegar"
  • 1 1/2 Cups Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 10 Cloves Fresh Chopped Garlic

Directions

Marinate for 30 minutes than grill over low to medium flame approximately 5 minutes on each side.
