A quick and delicious recipe for Chicken, Pork & Fish.
- 1 Cup of "Iavarone's Premium Balsamic Vinegar"
- 3 Cups Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 Bunch Fresh Rosemary
- 2 Cloves Fresh Peeled Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Fine Sea Salt
- 1 Teaspoon Fresh Ground Black Pepper
- 1 Teaspoon Oregano
- 1 Bunch Fresh Italian Parsley
Combine above ingredients in a food processor and emulsify at high speed for 2-3 minutes.
Great for Chicken, Pork & Fish: Marinate for 1 hour prior to grilling.
