The San Giuliano extra virgin "Fruttato" organic is obtained from organically grown olives under the control of AIAB, member of IFOAM. The product is obtained by cold pressing a selection of olives called Bosana and Frantoiana and respects a great tradition of olive oil. Fruity aroma, hints of wild grasses, slight opaqueness and a pleasant spicy note on the finish are the characteristics of this unique oil. Appearance: Clear Color: Yellow with greenish hints. Aroma: Complex, olives just turning from green to black, hint of artichoke and green apple Flavor: Full, rich, well-balanced with touches of bitter and spicy. Use: Excellent on fish carpaccio appetizers, grilled fish, aged cheeses, mushroom soups, white and red meats.
