Returns & Refunds Policy

Prepared Foods / Catering

Returns on prepared foods/catering orders need to be brought to a manager's attention. Please call 1-877-IBFOODS (423-6637).

Domestic Shipping Only

Perishable Items

  • Perishable items (refrigerated or frozen) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
  • If your order arrives damaged, warm, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
  • Once verified, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
  • Perishable items are never returned to us.

Non-Perishable Items

  • Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days.
  • Return Authorization required.
  • Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.
  • Refunds issued after inspection of the returned item.

Seasonal Items

  • Seasonal products (including items in our Gift Selections, such as panettone and star cookies) are final sale.
  • If damaged, defective, or poor quality on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos for review.
  • Resolutions may include a replacement or refund.

Gift Baskets & Gift Boxes

  • All gift baskets and gift boxes are custom assembled and are final sale.
  • If any individual item inside is damaged or unsatisfactory, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will replace the affected item or provide an appropriate resolution.

Gift Cards

  • Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire or lose value.
  • If a gift card is lost in transit, we will cancel and reissue it once we confirm it has not been used.

Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items

  • Report any issues within 48 hours with photos.
  • We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.

Customer Responsibility

  • Please inspect all deliveries promptly.
  • Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately.
  • We cannot refund issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
