Prepared Foods / Catering
Returns on prepared foods/catering orders need to be brought to a manager's attention. Please call 1-877-IBFOODS (423-6637).
Domestic Shipping Only
Perishable Items
- Perishable items (refrigerated or frozen) cannot be returned for safety reasons.
- If your order arrives damaged, warm, spoiled, or incorrect, contact us within 24 hours with your order number and photos.
- Once verified, we will issue a refund, replacement, or store credit.
- Perishable items are never returned to us.
Non-Perishable Items
- Unopened, unused items may be returned within 30 days.
- Return Authorization required.
- Customer pays return shipping unless we made an error.
- Refunds issued after inspection of the returned item.
Seasonal Items
- Seasonal products (including items in our Gift Selections, such as panettone and star cookies) are final sale.
- If damaged, defective, or poor quality on arrival, contact us within 48 hours with photos for review.
- Resolutions may include a replacement or refund.
Gift Baskets & Gift Boxes
- All gift baskets and gift boxes are custom assembled and are final sale.
- If any individual item inside is damaged or unsatisfactory, contact us within 48 hours with photos.
- We will replace the affected item or provide an appropriate resolution.
Gift Cards
- Gift cards are non-refundable but never expire or lose value.
- If a gift card is lost in transit, we will cancel and reissue it once we confirm it has not been used.
Damaged, Missing, or Incorrect Items
- Report any issues within 48 hours with photos.
- We will provide a refund, replacement, or store credit at no cost to you.
Customer Responsibility
- Please inspect all deliveries promptly.
- Perishable items must be refrigerated or frozen immediately.
- We cannot refund issues caused by improper storage after delivery.
