Made with the finest Semolina flour, Semolina flour is widely used in Italy to make pasta. This semolina bread is a staple in Sicily. A great tasting bread made with durum flour (used for premium pasta) and topped with loads of sesame seeds.

    We live upstate and cannot get real Italian bread, even when it's labeled "Italian bread." We were so happy to be able to get real semolina bread shipped from IBFoods. We order 12 or more loaves every few months. They arrive fresh and carefully wrapped, and they freeze very well. They thaw perfectly. The crust is amazing and the inside has just the right amount of "chew." Breaking off a section and dipping it in the sauce is the ultimate. We also give some away to friends who miss real Italian bread and some who never tasted it. They love it too! I highly recommend IBFood and this delicious bread, especially for anyone who lives far from a real Italian bakery.
