Ordering Information
To order online, you must use one of the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, or Discover. Iavarone Bros. online gift certificates are also accepted. No cash, checks or C.O.D.s.
Delivery
Orders are typically shipped within 1 to 2 business days after receipt of the order. In the event of any undue delay, you will be informed by phone or email. Delivery must be to a street address. We cannot ship to P.O. boxes, A.P.O.s, F.P.O.s. Iavarone Bros. is not responsible for incomplete or incorrect addresses.
Ground Shipping and Handling Policy
(non-perishable items)
All Ground Shipping will be sent UPS. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must go next day air or second day air at an additional cost; please note this service may not be available in all areas. Non-perishable items will be shipped Monday - Friday. Shipping charges are per address. Please be sure that a recipient will be home to receive the package. If delivery is unsuccessful a Re-delivery charge may apply.
Air Shipping Policy
(perishables)
All Air Shipping will be sent UPS. All perishable items will be shipped Next Day Air and all semi-perishable items will ship 2nd Day Air to all locations. Shipments to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico must go next day air or second day air at an additional cost; please note this service may not be available in all areas.
Iavarone Bros. will take the utmost care packaging and handling your perishable purchases in insulated shipping packaging. Please be sure that the recipient will be home to receive their perishable package. In most cases the shipper will release packages if the recipient is not home, however there are some delivery instances where release is not possible (apartment building with no access, unsafe area, etc.). Iavarone Bros. will not be responsible for items delivered but not opened, packages released or packages that spoiled because recipient was not in and shipper was unable to release. Please make sure someone will be there to accept the package. 2nd Day packages are shipped Monday-Wednesday. Overnight packages are shipped Monday-Friday.
Catering Orders
Catering Inquiries should be submitted at least 72 hours in advance. Iavarone Bros. will call to coordinate your catering order. Iavarone Bros. can arrange prompt, scheduled and reliable local delivery of your catering order anywhere in the Long Island and Metro New York City area. (delivery surcharges may apply)
Please call 1-877-IBFOODS to arrange Messenger Delivery. Recipient or Responsible Person (e.g. neighbor, doorman, etc) must be available to receive Catering order, or Delivery, Return and Re-Delivery Charges will apply.
